What area would be working in? Wouldnt you like to find a place close to your workplace?
You should be able to find accommodation for 25K at Taikoo and on the TST side too... so I think it all depends on how much of a commute you are ready for..

with a pool and gym in mid levels will be difficult in your price range. Also it depends on the size of the unit u want. 1 bd, 2 bd , 3 bd room etc. probably Taikoo TST will be ok but i dont know about the facilities available there
