Was wondering if anyone knows where I can get some t-shirts printed (screen/silk print) around Hong Kong, which caters for small to medium orders.

I am looking for one that can:

-be flexible with the area of prints on the tee
-offer me a wide range of colors for my designs
-most importantly.. good quality!

oh. by the way, anyone know any place that does other form of tshirt construction / garment manufacturing that cates for small orders?

also another question: are there tshirt printing companies in around Kowloon Area (maybe perhaps in sham shui po) - anyone know?
