Name of Chinese restaurant at "Peking one"

We had some fantastic dim sum in a Chinese restaurant at the "Peking One" building (Peking Road 1, Tsim Sha Tsui) two years ago, and want to recommend it to some family members visiting HK later this year, but unfortunately I can't remember the name of the place.

I seem to remember the name as "Red ant", but when I search the web all I come up is this site, and none of the addresses match Peking Road 1.
I'm sure of the address, and I'm sure we took the lift up several floors (the view over the harbour was fantastic, just as the food tasted).
Can anyone help?

Maybe Hutong? It's on the 28/F.

Hm, Hutong is not exactly dim sum. There a few other Chinese restaurants in One Peking Road, but I have only been to a couple of them:
  • Kung Tak Lam (7/F) - vegetarian Shanghainese (including dim sum) of decent quality
  • Chao Inn (潮樓, 10/F) - Chiu Chow cuisine

Chao inn!
Yes, think that's it!
(I wonder where I got "red ant" from).

Dim sum was excellent, and at a low price as far as I can remember.

When is the best time to have dim sum if you don't want to wait in line (besides, the family members who are visiting HK will some days be a group of 10 people), and can anyone recommend other good places to go for dim sum or Chinese food in general if they want a genuine "taste of Hong Kong"?

Well, Red Ant is another group/chain of restaurants. Obviously many places for good dim sum in Hong Kong - given your requirements it might make sense to go to one that takes reservations.

Avoid the usual lunchtime rush of 12-2 and you should be fine. Or start arriving around 11.30 and you should be able to get a table pretty much straight away.

Maxims at City Hall is good for old fashioned dim sum, i.e. with trolley carts.
