Looking to move to Discovery Bay Marina. Does anyone have any advice re debenture ownership, ie what is the difference between Corporate and Individual memberships? Also, any info on cost of living in the marina would be most appreciated.

Corporate memberships are usually transferable, while individual memberships are not.

This makes corporate memberships valuable in clubs where the waiting list for individual memberships is several months / years.
