Hi all,
does anybody know where I can find a cheap and practical bridal dress, as well as a groom suit?
It's not for a real wedding but for a theatre play, and the actress has to move around the scene quite a bit, so as well as pretty, it needs to be practical.
Also, if somebody has a wedding dress that lies in the wardrobe and is happy to help us, we would be happy to pay for few days rental.
The whole idea of the project is to raise money for Cambodia, and the whole proceeds will go to the Cambodian orphanage Sunrise Children's Villages.

I do volunteer work for several organisations and always seem to know where to find things.

If you message me directly I will be able to steer you in the right direction.

In fact I am on duty on Sunday in Central and you could come look at the bridal dresses then if you wish. They are donated items, mostly new and being sold off cheaply to benefit 13 charities locally and overseas.

Thank you very much for your help, I actually found one already, but I'm looking for other costumes for the show, and sounds like it's definitely worth to check out.

I am not sure what kind of "costumes" you need but we don't stock costumes.

However, towards Halloween, we do get costumes of ghouls and vampires donated.

Anyway, it seems that you have already found your practical bridal dress. WEll done.
