Underworld
Tricky
Primal Scream
Grandmaster Flash
Ben Folds Five

Grandmaster Flash has been out here before. He's spun at Dragon I. Unfortunately, I missed it.

how about some reggae?!

how about some decent reggae acts flown into to preform at an all day open air concert/festival?

think sun, slow happy beats and a few beers in the sun.

what do you think?

I would love to see some live reggae, but I don't know how much demand there is locally.

Just found out about the Summer Sonic music festival in Tokyo / Osaka on 9 / 10 August.

SUMMER SONIC 08

Standouts for me would be:

Coldplay
The Verve
Prodigy
Alicia Keys
The Kooks
Fatboy Slim
Death Cab for Cutie
Living End
Devo
Panic at the disco

Argh, I've been frantically organising to go to Fuji Rock on 25-26 July, and now I also wanna go to this..!

It seems that Japan is the touring place of choice for bands in this region
