| Hi Boris, Sorry I might be being a little thick - but what do you mean? I contact the receivers and tell them to issue the letter to Citi? Citi are claiming it is the receivers that are playing silly buggers. Either way, if I knew what the confirmation should look like, I send it in. I can't see how they can dispute it unless they have a copy and therefore no need for me to provide it. |
