Hi,

i will be relocating from SG to HK mid july and would be extremely grateful if anyone can advise me on any good 3 bedroom apartments within HKD 30,000 with the following:
- walking distance to mtr and supermarkets
- office is in wanchai, so causeway bay, tin hau, sheung wan, midlevel, are all ok.
- ok to open window

Hi,

can you give me more detail, which area is that? How large is the whole apartment? How far to MTR and any amenities nearby? 3 bedrooms, 1 toilet?
