Hi all,
we are are family of 4, 2 kids 4 and 2, that will be moving to Hong Kong. We are set on bel-air and will be signing a lease within the next 3 weeks. Have viewed hongkonghomes.com and see there are many options. can you guide me as to what phase is best located and how firm are the rentals on the net? Is there a certain percentage you can negotiate with as a rule of thumb? I realize that there are many different types of owners, but just an indication would be great.
