Hello i was just wondering coz my bf has more than one scl in his passport he has been given 60days visa here in Hk. Afterwards he goes to china and exits there and comes back here to get a visa here in Hk.Though they mostly give him 2-3 days only. I just wanna ask if it is possible to extend him tru the immigration instead of him going in and out of china? Is it possible

The SCL means that fundamentally HK Immigration don't want him here as much as he is trying to be. You might be able to find ways to get a few more extensions, but essentially you need to find a way to change his immgration status to something other than tourist - or move to wherever he lives.

Yes it is. The DOI needs a reason to extend his stay. SCL is not a good stamp to have in your passport nor on the immigration computer.
