so. looking at all the rules listed....i should've only gotten RTL...and i assumed it'd be a lot harder for me since i'm a few years past my 18th birthday/replacement date for my juvenile hkid.

looking at temp id i have now, i retained my roa!!! don't want to jinx it just yet, though i assume what i get on the temp id is exactly what i'll get when i pick up my real ID?

in contrast- i'm in the process of doing my US citizenship (i've been eligiblefor over 10 years!) and the process is 100times more painful.
