Hi,

Discovery Bay looks a great place to live and much quieter than Hong Kong itself. Could anyone please tell me if getting an apartment etc is easy enough? Are they often available or is there a waiting list?
Also do they come fully furnished and what sort of price would we expect to pay for a two-bed apartment or low-rise property? What extras would there be to the basic rent?

There are plenty of agency company in DB where they will show you which flat you are looking for, as for # of bedroom, furnished...etc.
The rents are ranging from HKD9 to HKD15 per sq ft, depends on the condition of the flat. The oldest apartments could date back to 25 years ago, where there are newly apartments are being built.
