Who can resist curry? Im Indonesian - yep I eat curry. I love curry. But there is a lot of variety out there.. Indo food isn't much to look at.. but if you can take spicy.. yummm...

I agree - there is too much out there where spices are concerned. It's like Dim Sum or Pizza, steak and other catch-all phrases - you get the hint but really there's a lot more behind it especially if you can get to the good stuff not cheap knock-offs (but even that appeals to some....).
