Looking for a company to "make to order" furniture I am thinking about asking a company to make furniture for my brand new flat. Does anybody have personal experience with good or bad companies? Thanks.

Try Wanchai or North Point- the smaller furniture stores can often make to order. Best!

Just to clarify two of the other folks' posts.... Java Road in North Point has shops that custom make furniture. Take to MTR to North Point and check out nearby parts of Java Road. I got some furniture from there. If you are beginner at bargaining, I suggest that you have a local friend or experienced expat go with. I can't shake the feeling that I overpaid :-)
