I was wondering what a first year analyst comp should be at in HK.. seems like "rental reimbursement" is included.. mine adds up to a total of 430K..

I heard from someone at another bank that it should be 430K + accom? is this true? am I being short changed? Or has the market changed in the last cpl of years?

As a new hire, can i complain to HR? Or am I being greedy?
