Serviced Apt for 2 adults 2 kids 12 mo stay

Hello! My family will be moving to HK for one year from the USA. We are looking into serviced apartments that might meet our needs. We have two small children (will be 3 years and 1 year old) so a family friendly and spacious place is a must. My husband's company is paying...anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!

Parkview or De Ricou, if your company can afford them.

you don't say where your hubby will be working or how long of a commute he is willing to put up with...

you also don't give any idea of budget...

but the above two suggestions would fit your given criteria.

my husband will be working in central (Two Exchange Square). He doesn't mind a bit of a commute if it means better living. That being said, I don't think he would prefer more than a 30 min commute. thanks for the input!

How far away is Repulse Bay and would we feel disconnected from the rest of HK if we were living there?

De Ricou in Repulse Bay has a shuttle to Central, that takes about 20 to 30mn depending on traffic. There is also a lot of good public transportation there. It's really nice, facilities are great (pools, gym, tennis, playground) and a lot more (restaurants, shops, cafés, doctors, dentists, dry-cleaning, atm, physio therapists, spa, pre-schools, supermarket etc); and you're in front of the beach.
