I have family visiting from the UK in September and they are thinking of making one or two trips into China...

Even though it would be after the Olympics, are they going to have probs getting a visa for side trips to Beijing or Shanghai?

Would they be able to get a visa on arrival in Shenzhen at the Lo Wu crossing?

better get a visa in the UK just in case, save all the hassle of lining up, showing hotel bookings blah blah blah.

u can still get a single trip visa's in HK through travel agents and the china office. dont think u can get visa's at the border.
