Hola,

Of course most of foreigners are living and investing on HK island, but as prices are getting higher and higher, i m considering investing in TST , especially Kimberley road, with Knutsford terrace behind, (the local little soho), quiet area (far from noisy Nathan road) and still very convenient.
Prices rise very fast over there too, so do you think it would be good to invest in this area?
I m wondering if more and more foreigners are considering living in this place now? Any advices or people already bought a flat there?

I know several foreigners are investing further down the road where Kimberly Rd. meets Austin Ave.
