A bit confused?? Would it be better to enroll in the fashion merchandising high certificate program at HK Polytechnic University or the ones at vocational training institute (both offer evening courses)? Also,what is the difference between CIPS and ISM purchasing certification? Is it necessary to obtain professional qualifications for merchandising/purchasing (like CPA for accounting) Thanks ^_^
