Does it have to be meths? You can get isopropyl alcohol from Watsons in 100ml bottles.

Thanks for the replies so far. No it doesn't have to be meths... but I have been trying to clean my shower doors with all sorts and a friend just recommended a mixture of meths, vinegar and water. Thought I'd give it a go but will look out for the other stuff mentioned too.

This works very well for cleaning. Also sold as Rubbing Alcohol. Always kept it handy, at work too, from SARS days.

For shower doors you can try the white vinegar, also lemon oil (not sure where to buy it though...)
