From the RTHK Online news:

Rugby Union: 10,000 tickets will be made available for the Hong Kong public for this November's Bledisloe Cup match between Australia and New Zealand at the Hong Kong Stadium. The batch, which are in addition to the 10,000 already on sale to rugby clubs here, will be distributed through Hong Kong Ticketing from the 28th of July. The Hong Kong Union also announced that they have signed a title sponsorship deal for the match with banking group ANZ.
