How long will it take my stuff to arrive

Just a thought - How long does it normally take for
your house stuff to arrive when going from
UK to Hong Kong and get through customs etc
so its ready for putting in our new home?

Cheers

Hi,

we moved from Holland to HK and by boat and it took 5 weeks. We had one 'lastminute' airfreight for the stuff we needed as long as possible and that took 3 days.

HKLozzo is on a distinguished road
It took ours about 5-6 weeks from the UK. We sent the main shipment off around 4 weeks before we left and it was ready to be collected the second week after we arrived. If you get the timing right and there are no delays, you could probably have it ready for collection within the first week. Good luck!

The sea journey from UK takes only 3 weeks (i.e. you won't get it any sooner than that) but yes, you have to figure in extra days for customs clearance etc.

If you didn't manage to completely fill a container then you can experience extra delay while the shipping company waits to compeletly fill the container using other customers' property.

Phone the company they should be able to give you an eta depending on the day the ship leaves/left the UK.
