| Hi Guys, Thought maybe some of you guys can give me some advice on this. Currently am on going on my driving license and should be finished in a month or two. I've been trying to get an ownership transfer for a bike i just bought. I called Transport Department and asked if it was possible to get the ownership transfer without a license. They said it's ok. All i need is HKID and Insurance under my name. So am trying to contact some insurance agents/agency to get me a third party insurance. although they said it's impossible to get me one because i don't have an sole driving license yet. So am abit confused right now.. Is there a particular insurance companies that covers none driving license holder? or it is just not doable? Bike is Honda NSR 250cc |

| Insurance policies are usually linked to licenses - i.e. how long you've been driving, points accumulated etc. Really not sure how one could get insurance without a licensed driver in the family.
