Educational institute
According to the person who asked me this question there is apparently an educational institute that provides adult learning called '"Bond Street" or something along those lines.

Does anyone know of such a place, and if so have any contact details.

The closest I can think of is pretty obscure .. Quinstreet, which does the online marketing for U of Phoenix and a couple of other very large distance learning programs.

Got something more specific? Know a couple of people involved in the distance learning racket in HK.
