Is anyone a member at Myoga. They just opened a new club in Causewaybay. what's your experience? How much do you pay for membership?

isn't it owned by California Fitness? Wonder if they're using the same sale tactics?

Rani,
you're right. Myoga belongs to the same company that runs California Fitness. I went down for a trial class today. The class i had was just ok, the instructor wasn't so great. They don't have any machines, only classes, lots of them. And they're offering $437/month plus 600 something joining fee. Does anyone know if this's the best deal?

Or does anything know of another gym w. lots of dance/work-out classes, and at around 400ish monthly fee? I only like to do classes.

ausabroad will become famous soon enough
thought I was getting the best price!
$499 with $600 joining fee!
I have been a member for the past 3 weeks and am really enjoying it. The instructors vary, some are great and others a bit ho hum but the classes as a whole are good. Great location and good facilities being that it is only newly opened the classes are rarely full....yet. Try it out if you havent, but shop around as they are popping out everywhere now.

2 months ago, they offered me pre-opening membership and they said the cheapest would 500 and after opening it'd cost 600+.. These lying sales drive me nuts

I actually took my friend to join up...he quoted her a few hundred more per month with me sitting there! Again they use the tactic...."If you join NOW I can do a better price for you, but this promotion actually ends today!" hehe. You really gotta play hard ball.
