hello there,

I've heard there's some decent possibilities to do some mountainbiking on Lantau, and was wondering whether anybody is interested to join nxt weekend (may 25th) on a little not too intense tour on the Island . I'm Dutch, 27yo., so I know how to ride a bicycly (although it has been a while; but hey, some skills you never loose).
Think it would be a good opp to meet some new people, as I've been working too much the last couple of months.

Absolutely!

I've been looking for a few more to ride with. I've hit a lot of trails on the Tung Chung side, and they are very easy, scenic rides with not too many big climbs. Already been talking with another guy to ride on a regular basis. Shoot me a pm and we'll set up an outing.

Just checking you guys are aware that there are only certain trails where you may legally bike off-road, and that even for those trails you need a permit?
