Question Advice please

Hello all,

First off let me say what a great site this is, the information posted by all here is excellent.

I would really appreciate some advice on finding an apartment (I will be moving to HK mid year permanently). I have read every single relevant post on here ( one very late night) and would like to know if I should engage the services of an agent or if anyone can suggest somewhere. What I will be looking for is a 2 bedroom apartment in the Mid Level/Central area that has a pool and gym in around the $20,000 mark that is (preferably) reasonably new.

Thanks in advance.

Note that the pool at Grand Panorama is an outdoor pool that is only open April to October. This is the case with most outdoor pools, and fewer developments have indoor pools. The gym has a few basic machines, but is not at the standard fo professional gyms, obviously.

You might decide that it is a better bet to spend $1000 less on rent and use it for membership of a big gym instead.
