floor lamps
i have trolled morrisson hill rd, queens road east, hennesey, and of course ikea. just can't find what i'm looking for. are there any other areas where one can find a large selection of floor lamps? modern, wooden posts/bases are what i'm looking for.

sorry Tex, but modern, with wooden post/base? The modern lighting I'm thinking of all have aluminium posts.... you can try Artemide? The are on display in Lane Crawford PP (with the furniture display, naturally), and their showroom is in Central. Not much wood tho...

ok, i guess its not exactly modern, more classic contemporary. i'll check out that artemide shop. thanks.
