| work visa first- then hk rtl possible immediately?
strange Q- i am 99.9999% sure i can get RTL based on a few factors such as - parents having roa from birth, me having the juvenile ROA from years back...and my brother just went back and procured his RTL.
so- employer is looking to send me to hkg asap- and wants to sponser me to get a work visa- this is going to happen a lot quicker than if i were to go back and get my RTL--- mainly cause i'm still employed and doubt they'd allow me the luxury of flying back and forth. so, the plan is, they sponswer me for visa- then ship me out (after 6 weeks estimate they say), then once i get there with my work visa, i go back to the immig. office and then apply for RTL? |
