Does anyone know of a reliable and English speaking estate agent in the Sai Kung/Clear Water Bay area? My partner and I are looking to purchase a property and so far have had NO luck with estate agents. If anyone could recommend someone it would be greatly appreciated!!

T & T Properties T & T Properties Agency Co. located a couple of shops from Mc Donalds, opposite the Wilson car park in Sai Kung Town, is the best agency there. Polite, professional, never ran away from a challenge, and mediated between buyer / seller, robustly, working hard to achieve a transaction.

We had the misfortune of dealing with the agent located next to HSBC once, we won't do that ever again, chalk and cheese difference when compared to T & T.

Give T and T a go, their staff speak English, they'll sort it all for you, without fuss.

I agree with SKyhook : T&T is very professional, quick, helpfull (we moved in last week and they already had to come to repair the water heater : they arrived 30min after our phone call!).
Rebecca used to work in the UK so she is perfectly fluent in English...

Umm, I do believe it is Rebecca, who speaks fluent English as per Camka's post.

I have dealt with Ben and Eric there too, but not sure if they are still working there, considering the last time we did a transaction with them was 3 years ago.

Good luck with that, but T & T will make things pretty straight forward and simple.
