Teresa at Paragon Realty, she is excellent. Very good English having spent many years in Leeds, England but also speaks Cantonese. Very good local knowledge.

Teresa at Paragon Realty Razor Hill Dairy Farm Shopping Centre is excellent. Her English is fluent as she was educated in England, her Cantonese also fluent. Her local knowledge is superb, so even if there isn't much available on the market at the moment still worth a trip to see her just to drive around the area to get some info from her. She knew the transaction history on most of the properties we just generally looking at, even if they were not on the market - which is an interesting exercise when you are trying to get a feel for a place! She is genuine and there is no Bu.....it!!!!!!!!!! Unlike other real estate agents we met! Go and meet her and you'll see what I mean, but don't get fobbed off with her colleague!!

Totally inept and have no idea what customer service is.

These guys ended up doing more work for the property seller than me (the buyer) when it came down to close the deal. Never seen anything like it in all my 7yrs of being in Hong Kong.
