I recently moved to Discovery Bay, and like many people on the forum, wanted to know more about the place before and after moving.

It is a wonderful part of Hong Kong, and provides a good place to live and raise kids. But, DB is a controlled and closed environment, so there are some things different about it.

Some questions still remain unanswered, so if anyone can provide help, it will be greatly appreciated.

1. Where do men and children get haircuts?
2. Is the water safe to drink straight from the tap?
3. Do you buy your furniture from DB stores or outside DB?

Thanks Mat, that was funny. DB only has one Salon for women, and not men or boys. And at $200 for just a trim, I prefer going some where else. Nice try.
