I just made an offer for a 3 bedroom duplex flat at The Manhattan. I really liked this property and the location is great because my kids will go to HKIS. Anybody currently living at this complex that can give me some feedback or guidance??

Very international. You will never see your kids again because they'll always be off playing at a neighbours. It's a community-in-a-building. People who live there love it.
