Hello Everybody,

I just moved to HK staying in a service apartment until I find a long term solution. I am thinking about the Harbourside building in the Kowloon station area. Has anybody an experience with this area and this building?

Hey There!

I moved into the Harbour Front adn insisted on being moved after 2 months coz the people upstairs and above them were so noisy!...

Scraping chairs and moving tablke at 2am is not fun. I have a great apartment now but am soon to move out for something cheaper. Eventually both of these buildings will revert to Hotels and this one has already now started at HK$2000 a night!

Prices have gone up 15% in six months so be warned. If you can sign for a year it will no doubt be cheaper. They are clean and the facilities are generally nice....just a lot of noisy mainlanders!
