| GeoExpat - Upgrades / Changes (May 02-05)
- We're moving the servers to a new facility in Hong Kong. This is something we've been considering for a while and was made possible by a VERY generous donation of a few server grade boxes by one of our members.
- Fair bit of performance and load time improvements will be rolled in. The goal is to have the full page load in 1-1.5 seconds for broadband connected users in Hong Kong.
Expect the site to fall apart as some of these changes are made, as many of them have to be done in real time. |
