| Why dont you just telephone or email the Cathay Pacific human resources department ?
It's not as simple as answering that. Typically a base salary is paid, then you will have sector pay, and lay over per diem applied, which depending on your routes, will vary from month to month.
Also it depends on seniority, but by the sound of your question you are considering a FA position, you would be starting on the bottom tier. Seniority among commerical airlines isnt transferable.
Send CX HR an email and wait for an explanation of the break down', of their salary structure.
To give you a rough idea, if you can save most of the monthly per diem, with a typical allocation of sector pay, I'd guess you should be earning upto $18,000 per month.
If you already have premium cabin class experience ( min 8 years ) in First Class etc, you could also consider private jet aviation, which would pay double that of a commerical airline per month. But you'll need FACTS accreditation to enter that top tier position.
