Hi,
Im trying to find a group circuit training class, preferably on the island... I dont mean a gym based class where you do a circuit of the machines, more like a drill hall experience!!!
Does anyone know of one???

Alternatively I would like to do training sessions with a sports group, like netball/hockey etc... but wouldnt be able to participate in the actual games, as I am useless at team sports.
Is it the done thing to just turn up for the training nights only ???

Hire a PT who would design a circuit training routine outdoors . My PT makes me do circuits on the beach and the waterfront using rubber cables ,body weight and a pull ups bar.
