I cant really comment for CX, but within private aviation circles, staff are covered by full medical insurance, including dental cover and fully paid up maternity coverage at a private hospital....

CX may or may not be that extensive, and it may also depend on staff seniority and rank.

Doesn't it cost something like HKD100 a day? If it is, consider that your smallest expense for the next 18 years.
