Hi there,
Can anyone give me a rough idea of the range of housing prices in DB? I'm moving to Hong Kong, and I've heard it is beautiful there but I can't find any info online about prices. I'd be looking for a 3-4 bedroom place - ideally low-rise apartment or townhouse/duplex idea.
I'd be interested in either rental or purchase prices.

An older 3-4 bedroom place would generally run around 7-8 million at a minimum in Discovery Bay
