There is a nice hair accessories place called Eva Peron I think but I have only seen it at CityGate and Festival Walk.

I was really surprised by the lack of accessories stores in HK - I thought they would be everywhere.

Claire's in the US is great and they have an office here but not shops sadly.

CityGate is an outlet mall at Tung Chung the end of the Tung Chung MTR line.

Festival Walk the huge mall at Kowloon Tong - I have only ever driven there but I'm sure its an mtr stop too.

Here is the website EVITA PERONI? - Spring & Summer 2008

It actually doesn't mention Citygate on their website so maybe stick to Festival Walk.

Reena2 is on a distinguished road
There are some hair accessory stalls in the Jardine's Market in Causeway Bay. Also a bunch in Sheung Wan on the back streets before you hit Wing On coming from Central. Have some simple stuff as well as the tacky.

I also forgot the mention H&M (central, Mong Kok, Elements) - they have quite good accessories that are quite cheap. You can go back to the store about every 6 weeks because that is how often they change their stock.
