Lammarite - Camka has given you the website. I've actually not priced other gyms in HK but I know that many of them are offering incredible discounts to get people in because there is so much competition. I'll admit that Lifestyle Fitness sounded high to me at first but....since I work in SK that proximity was worth it to me AND it's a SK couple that own it (not a big business) and they are dedicated to making it work for Sai Kungers. I'm now dedicated to getting off pounds and inches gained through the first few stressful years running my own small business - it's worth every $$ !

I'm 101% for promoting the smaller local business, even if it does cost a little extra as service is almost always better.
