Can we deposit USD funds directly to a Hong Kong bank account from the account balance of those International ATM cards/ debit cards/ prepaid credit cards ?

If yes, what bank account allows to do so ?

If not, is there a way to withdraw USD from ATM machines/banks in Hong Kong region using such cards ?

As far as I know there are no ATMs in HK which dispense USD cash.

For transfers the issue is more what the card you have will allow. If it allows transfers to a bank account then that is probably without restriction.

If the cards have a Plus/Maestro/... symbol on them then I would expect that you could use them in ATMs here, but it will be HKD (or at some RMB) that you will get, so you lose the cost of exchange.

You would have to withdraw in HK$ and deposit that through the ATM / Cash Deposit machines.
