Just think to have some gym buddies would be a good motivation for one and others. So, give me a holla if you are interested and let's support and encourage each others. Have a great weekend to all of you!

I know there's at least one because I see from the logs that someone reads my blog from there!

private eye Ah, PDLM playing private investigator. Seriously I am tech ignorant so here is a simple question: when someone logs onto your blog, how much info of the person can you find out? I wonder how privacy-secured we are whenever we visit a website/log.

Well, no-one logs on to my blog except me, but if someone visits my blog (and this is true of any webpage) I can see: IP address A reverse DNS on that (which will just tell me your ISP from a residential connection, but might tell me the company name from a business connection) Some indication of the physical location (though these can be way off) Operating System Browser details Which site referred you (i.e. where you clicked from) Entry page Exit page Which link you clicked to leave the site Time spent on the site Obviously not all of these are available for every visitor depending on all sorts of circumstances. If you want to make your details invisible to the website owner then you can use an anonymous proxy service. Someone browses my site quite regularly through Anonymouse.org Of course if you're at work your company IT may block your access to anonymous proxy services since they want to be able to stop you visiting certain sites and using a proxy would get round that. Here's a random recent example of what I can see using a free stats service: Last edited by PDLM; 23-04-2008 at 10:55 AM.

Thanks, Jomay. But I am not looking for an instructor and I'm already a member of Pure Fitness.
