Hello, I am a young french assistant director. I have been working in France for the past five years on short and feature films and would like to take a master's degree in order to focus on film directing. Have the time to actually watch movies and work on my own projects.
I would like to work in Hong Kong and am was wondering wich university or school would be best to start a career. I have applied to the City University Master of fine arts in creative media. The program lasts two years. Which would give me time to learn cantonese, shoot a few shorts, and put a step in the industry.
Would anyone know from an insiders point of view if this choice is a good one or if there is a better shool to starta career in hong kong?
