Hi guys, me and my family (3kids aged 5 and 1)are planning to move to HK. I will work in Lai Chi Kok and I am wondering where will be the best place to settle. I am willing to spend till 40 minutes to go to work and I will probably have a company car. Any advice will be really appreciate.

Seeing as you will have a company car.
  • Clearwater Bay within 5~10 minutes drive of Hang Hau MTR/Major Mall
  • Hebe Haven
  • Sai Kung ( toward hebe haven to keep travel time down)
  • Siu Lam ( in and around the Gold Coast Mall )

Those area's should all be within 40 minutes self drive commute. 30K should get you something around the 1200ft² ~ 2100ft² size range.
