30K/mo for rent -- what are my options?
We are looking for something close to MTR, modern building with security, pool, gym.
Should be a very quick ride to Central/TST and airport.

2 - 3 bedrooms, 900 - 1300 sq.feet.

Anyone can recommend from their own experience?
