Anything you can tell me about them would be really appreciated.

Really, really, unless you have some utterly insurmountable need, do this when you get here. It will be infinitely easier. Just get a serviced apartment for the first month. No description that anyone can give you online will match the impression you will get within 30 seconds of actually visiting the place!

mmm, possibly the insurmountable need stems from the teeniest amount of needing to feel in control...also just practically, if i can wipe some of them off because they're not suitable in some way...i hear you though, i really do...maybe just a control issue...lol

The apartments you've listed have very little in common with each other, so one would have no clue what you're trying to validate.

We live in Baguio (Upper) and have been here for five+ years. Our office is in Cyberport and have dozens and dozens of members in Belair ... we do our shopping sometimes in the Belchers supermarket ...

Can you atleast tell me why any of these are on your shortlist?

I want a supermarket within walking distance
i want it to be at least 800sqft
i want it to take no longer than approx 30mins to wan chai
i want clean(er) air if at all possible

aside from the last "want", and perhaps walking distance to a supermarket, that's what they all have in common.

We live in Bel-Air and what you want/ listed is all possible from Bel-Air...HKD25-30k/mth for 800sqft is possible, but you need to nego hard.

You can scratch out Bel-Air & Belchers at 25-30K for 3 bedrooms. Probably, a few more from that list like Robinson Place.....

The only way to reach Wan Chai from South Horizons in 30 mins is by Helicopter

Have you thought of Mertons in Kennedy town or maybe Zenith in Wan Chai itself ?

Take a look at Landscope.com, they've go a decent map based property finder.

You might be able to make it to Wanchai in 30 mins on most days from places like Baguio, but you might have to take a look at the 1100 sq ft apts .. but that would be Hopewell center .. no clue where you need to be in Wanchai in 30 mins from Pokfulam. Victoria and the rest of Pokfulam would be out too ....
