Yup but thats just not going to happen if he has just a college diploma with no Prince or PMP qualifications under his belt either, Immigration would say absolutely no chance of them even entertaining the idea of sponsorship.
20k hk a month minimum is the unofficial rule for sponsorship and that aint happening with next to no relevant qualifications and or experience, When theres local fresh uni grads who would be willing to earn half that just to get the experience etc.
