The one we are considering now is in Block N, 620 sq. ft. and the asking is $13K, fully renovated and furnished and the best part is that the kitchen is not the usual triangular types! Do you think 13k is reasonable for this keeping in mind that the rents are actually falling due to the economy going down...?
