| I lived in Harbourview Horizon Hotel for a year and I decided not to extend my contract. The $1500electricity deposit is suppose to return to me within 60 days but now its 120 days and to brush me off with an excuse that the head office is processing the cheque! I acknowledge that I am not alone. I met few friends while living at Harbourview Horizon Hotel and they are too not getting their deposit back. Any folks out there having the same problem please shred some light on dealing with this. The rep at the front desk is not helpful at all, and their attitude is not even up to standard. The place itself is okay, but just to put up with the bad management at the hotel makes customer unhappy. With the word of mouth of unsatisfy customers, they are damaging their reputation as a hotel. Highly not recommend anyone renting a suite over there unless you have high tolerance of bad customer service. |

| hi couldnt agree with you more, the management sucks, not at all helpful, i saw a quote the other day about this palce where some ones written "its all about the money" so true,,, no customer service at all. they need to give the front office and the management a lesson in custoemr service and kick up their %$# regards mo |
